Howdy Yall!
We are 108 Tri Star and we just moved into the area in the last year. We just partnered with Nate Headley who has been running RBI and RedStitch108 here in Knoxville for over 10yrs.
We have been running baseball and softball player development facilities, camps and player/coach education for 10 years across the country and have been widely regarded as some of the best training in the industry. Since arriving in TN the local community has welcomed us with open arms and we have loved working with the players and local schools so far.
We specifically focus on training 3 parts of the game:
✅Hitting
✅Throwing/Pitching
✅Performance workouts
We have classes at our facility every day at 330pm, 5pm, 630pm and 8pm for all 3 skills
All classes are an hour and a half.
In that class every kid will be working in a small group setting through the three phases:
-Movement work
-Drill work
-Skill Specific Competition
We work with all 30 MLB teams and numerous high schools and colleges across the country every year. To name a few colleges : UCLA, Oregon State, LSU, University of Texas, Texas A&M, Tennesee Wesleyan, Walters State CC, ETSU
