The Tennessee Disc Golf Company partnered with Pluto Sports to pay for new teesigns at Tommy Schumpert Park in Knoxville, Tennessee!!! The beautiful disc golf course at Schumpert Park has 18 holes with double baskets (yellow short and orange long), so there are 36 baskets on the course for the 18 holes. There are even two practice baskets near the parking lot. There are two teepads (one short, one long) for each hole too. For the last few years there have been teesigns for 27 of the 36 teepads - but the teesigns on the back nine short teepads were lacking. On Monday 4/11/22 the final 9 teesigns were installed by Jinfield Disc Golf Designs and printed by Swirl Disc Golf Designs, they look great and help guide you from the teepad to the basket. Thanks to the Knox County Parks and Recreation Department for working with the Tennessee Disc Golf Company and Pluto Sports to make this improvement to a disc golf course that we all get to play everyday for free.
