Knoxville Youth Rugby Knoxville Youth Rugby is the local youth, middle school, and high school rugby program!

Knoxville Youth Rugby - A rugby academy for K through 12th grade boys and girls that focuses on development of rugby skills that also translate to other sports including footwork, the effective use of hands in contact and catch/pass, and safe and efficient tackling. KYR and participants are registered with USA Rugby, the Tennessee Rugby Association and the Smoky Mountain Athletic Club - the national, regional and local supervising bodies of rugby in the USA.

Our first camp is officially in the books!

We were thrilled to see all the new faces strapping up their boots and learning the greatest game on earth for the very first time.

The development across the board was off the charts today. From the absolute beginners to our returning veterans, every single player put in the work, leveled up their skills, and showed incredible heart.

A huge shoutout to everyone who showed up and gave it their all!

​Returning Players: Shake off the rust, sharpen your fundamental skills, and start prepping for an amazing season.

​New Players: Come discover the ultimate team sport! Absolutely no prior experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

We are calling all High School Boys and Girls teams to bring their speed, strength, and spirit to Knoxville for an epic day of fast-paced 7s action. Whether you are a local squad or traveling in, this is the perfect stage to showcase your skills and compete against the best.
