It’s that time of the year. We are three weeks away. Where our great crew go to middle Tennessee and ride for a cure for this deadly disease. It means a lot to us and appreciate all the donations and support.

If the skies are clear, we'll ride from Planet Fitness at 6pm. Multiple groups for various paces & distances. Hang around afterwards for cool towels & beverages to cool down. It may be a hot one, so hydrate & listen to your body. Please let us know if you have any concerns/questions!
