Go Dance is a full-service, ballroom dance studio, providing both private and group dance instruction to students of all ages and ability. Lessons are offered in all styles including, Ballroom and Latin dances, such as: Waltz, Cha-Cha, Tango, Salsa and Swing. The studio also provides to all students sponsored, social events, as well as opportunities to compete in regional and national dance competitions.

🏴‍☠️ AHOY, GO DANCE! TONIGHT, WE’RE TAKING OVER THE DANCE FLOOR! 🏴‍☠️

We hope you're ready for an EPIC Pirate Party! ⚓️🔥 One of our most popular parties is tonight, and we want to see our entire Go Dance Knoxville crew there!

And yes… DRESS UP! 🏴‍☠️☠️ Go all out, get creative, and show us your best pirate style! We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!

But first, don’t miss the classes before the party!

⚓️ 7 PM — Social Ease with Eliana
Looking for a beginner-friendly way to build your confidence on the dance floor? This class is for you! Social Ease focuses on practical partner dancing, rhythm, and feeling comfortable moving with a partner in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

⚓️ 7 PM — Bronze with Andrew
For our Bronze students, this is your chance to sharpen your dancing, strengthen your technique, and work on the patterns you’ll be putting to use at the party!

Then at 8 PM… WE PARTY! 🎶🏴‍☠️💃🕺

And remember—our Friday Night Parties are about so much more than having a great time. They’re where your dancing really starts to come alive. You get to practice what you’ve learned, dance with different partners, build confidence, improve your floorcraft, and become more comfortable dancing in a real social setting.
The more you dance, the better you dance!

If you’ve been at Go Dance Knoxville for a while, chances are you know Sam Barrack — and you probably have a smile on your face just thinking about him! ❤️

Sam’s dance journey with us began in 2009, when he first joined us as a Guest. Since then, he has performed in numerous shows and competitions, earned several awards, and grown into a truly remarkable dancer.

But what makes Sam so special isn’t just his dancing — it’s the personality he brings to everything he does!

On the dance floor, Sam knows how to put on a show. His funny personality has a way of coming through in his routines and bringing smiles to everyone watching. And when it comes to a Go Dance dress-up party? Sam goes ALL OUT! ✨ He fully embraces the theme and never misses an opportunity to have some fun.

After more than 15 years with Go Dance, Sam continues to be a wonderful part of our dance family — and we’re so excited to see him take the floor again at Smoky Mountain Invitational Dancesport Competition! 🏆🔥

Our instructors are getting everything ready for tonight’s Dolly Party, and they’re just as excited as we are to celebrate the incredible legacy of Dolly Parton! ✨

Dolly has given us so much through her music, generosity, resilience, and unmistakable sparkle. Tonight, we’re honoring her by coming together to dance, laugh, celebrate, and enjoy the joy she has brought to so many people. 🎶💃

A HUGE congratulations to Tony & Laura on officially graduating to Social Ease! 💃🕺✨

They started their dance journey with us in early August, and in just a few short weeks, they’ve already made some incredible progress! Under the guidance of their instructor, Jaz, they’ve been putting in the work, building confidence, learning new skills, and—most importantly—having FUN on the dance floor! ❤️

Social Ease is all about feeling comfortable, confident, and connected while dancing—and Tony & Laura are ready to take that next step! 👏
