Thank you Tennessee Rangers for allowing us to practice with you this week to prepare for our opening weekend. It's time to face some adversity and get some game reps under our belt.

Just a bunch of goofballs wishing their teammate a happy birthday. I'm a firm believer when talent is similar in close games, the team who loves each other will routinely beat a group of individuals.

When I started the Silver Stars back in 2023, I had heard so many negatives about travel ball so I had a mission to .

1) Staying local until travel became absolutely necessary
2) Christ-centered culture
3) Calm, stern, detailed coaching with public praise and private criticism

The next step to came when I saw the difference elite pitching can make. Most teams don't have enough or knowledgeable coaches to lead a pitching staff. God has brought us Gavin Janeway to develop our arms and keep our guys healthy. It's such a blessing to have our pitchers throwing pens during and outside practice under world-class supervision. It's also a huge relief to have an unbiased, "non-daddy," set of eyes to guide our staff during this crucial time of pitching development. I'm so excited to have Gavin on board to fully focus on perfecting our mechanics and mentality to take us to the next level.
