Hey everyone! I’m Brittany, co-founder of Rooted in Vision Retreats, a women’s retreat experience centered around nervous system regulation, creativity, connection, and coming home to yourself.

Our mission is to create intentional spaces where women can step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with nature, regulate before they create, and gain clarity around the vision they have for their lives. Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, creative experiences, and genuine community, we’re creating retreats that feel both grounding and transformative.

Hott is an IDENTITY.

And we’re planning a hot date in the Smokies with and for women who know the power of a wild RESET, a sleepover, and what it means to be fully expressed, on and offline, and in every area of their livessss 💕

And might I add… ON XTRA sacred lands. 🌱🔥

I’ve attended many retreats as a guest across the U.S. and some outside of it, and this will be my 4th retreat I’ve had the honor of support hosting.

Every. single. time

These spaces have played a HUGE part in my “wow, but of course, I’ve actually changed.”

And in the level of loyalty I have to who I am, the people places and things i love, what I’m here for, and honestly… my level and kind of crazy. 😂🔥 Ladies as much as I adore them, it’s rare for men to understand. Lol But this isn’t about them. We are so alive and whole - we can go anywhere. And it only builds us.

I’m so!!! honored to be part of creating this one, and my heart is sooooooo turned on about what we’re bringing together.

Because none of us are coming into this room to leave the same exact version.

We all bring specific codes.
Specific medicine.
Specific lived experiences, gifts, edges, softness, faith, expression and perspective.

We don’t need to earn it.
We won’t need to prove it.
We won’t need to qualify for it.
We won’t even need to build it.

That’s the part that becomes even more fun with our projects, businesses, creations and lives here, there and after.

You know what happens when the right women get in the same room, rested and fully ALIVE enough to actually receive themselves and each other?

The outcomes actualize. Faster.

This 4-day immersion is for entrepreneurs, creatives, and women who are craving clarity, direction, deeper connection, and a more grounded way to show up online and in life.
