Today is the first time I have •EVER• felt comfortable even attempting anything with weights at the gym.

I got into a pretty good routine about 6 years ago, and then when Sara died I fell into an intense depression and stopped taking care of myself. I buried myself in work and then signed up for massage school and then buried myself in that and then started a new job and then 2 babies later, I knew I needed a change and needed something for me. I had to start caring for myself again. For me and my health most of all, but also for my family. I knew I wasn’t going to have the discipline to do it alone. Reaching out to was the best decision I could have made. She supports me, she lets me listen to my body without over doing it, while pushing me to the next level. I have consistently been working out now for a few months. I’m not worried about my weight at the moment, I know that will come with time. But already, I am so much stronger. My breathing is so much more controlled, my stability has improved, my body feels incredible after each workout, and I’m honestly so impressed by how much I’ve improved in such a short amount of time. I’m so excited to keep with and see what I’m capable of. Physically and mentally I feel so good. There is still a lot to improve but I’m so proud of myself.
