MONDAY FEELS

Warning: If you stand still long enough on our mats, an instructor will accidentally spray you with disinfectant. 🧼💦🥋

Let’s face it: most martial arts gyms smell like a mix of old socks and bad decisions. Not us. We clean the absolute crap out of our mats.

🧹 Mopped and scrubbed twice a day.
🧴 Sanitized between EVERY single class.
🦶 Fresh foot-wash buckets before you even step on the floor.
🥊 Gear gets blasted with disinfectant after every use.

The only thing we don’t wash at Knoxville Martial Arts Academy are the students... but honestly, we’re looking into it. 😂
