Super proud of my boy .shore shooting the low round of the day 7 under 64 in Canada today. He had to play firstround yesterday with no practice round. His clubs didnt make it in time for a practice round. Not a great day yesterday but he is a competitor and played great today to move up that board. This is a side of professional golf most people don’t see. Keep it up Slim 👊🏻.

I see way too many people trying to pull there shoulders back and have too much extension in the lumbar spine like this ...

I see way too many people trying to pull there shoulders back and have too much extension in the lumbar spine like this picture on the left. Setting up influences movement.

On the right here we have his pelvic in a better spot, core engaged, less extension in his lumbar, and an overall better spot to move from.

Doing simple things like setting up can have a big influence on improving your swing and you dont have to be athletic to setup correctly. Doing the little things right add up to big things.
