At Devs our Associates will cover a wide range of responsibilities. From checking in customers and providing a customer service experience to maintenance, bench-marking and cleaning.//
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience/interest in Computer Hardware and Customer Service.//
Roles & Responsibilities:
Checking in Customers//
Answering Customer Questions//
Bench-marking/Playing Video Games//
Cleaning of Equipment and Facilities//
Maintenance of Computer Hardware//
Interacting with guests and providing leadership during conferences and events//
Minimum Skills:
Excellent Customer Service//
Comfort around sensitive electronics - Steady Hands//
Basic competency with computer hardware, overclocking and programming
(hardware training can and will be provided)//
Basic Understanding of Snapchat//
Ideal Skills:
Minimum 1 year in Software development or Programming (know at least one coding language - enough to preform debugging and troubleshooting)//
Minimum 1 year in Electronics and/or AV; Electrical Engineering, PC Integration, Certified Electrician, PC Repair, Sound-stage, Production, etc//

Notes:
Our company is veteran owned and operated. The work environment will be mostly laid back with periods of busy hours. We have strict protocols in regards to the equipment and maintenance that you will be expected to meet. Teamwork and collaboration is a must. You will be expected to work with and interact with a customer base between 13 - 35 primarily. This is a new company with lots of upward mobility please be aware that promotions occur often and regularly.
