9 Years in the making! Blessed to have these men in my life.

NINE YEARS.
For almost a decade, the city of Knoxville and surrounding areas have been deeply impacted by F3 - a free men's leadership development community. This means that for over 3,287 days, men have been challenged and encouraged in their Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.

As we get ready to celebrate our nine year anniversary soon, we are incredibly grateful for this high-impact community we share and steward together, for the invigoration of male community leadership. We owe a lifetime of gratitude to the man who had the courage and vision to bring F3 to Knoxville - Ted Ancelet.

We've upheld the 5 Core Principles of F3 for nine years and will continue to do as we accelerate and grow together:
(1) F3 is free of charge - never pay for a workout, ever.
(2) F3 is open to all men - no matter than man, you are welcome here. You were made for this.
(3) F3 is always held outdoors - rain or shine, hot or cold, we are out there.
(4) F3 is peer-led - there is a rotating fashion of men leading each other.
(5) F3 always ends with a COT - a Circle Of Trust.

6 years ago I posted about helmets saving lives. It's still true. What I didn't know then is that crash on 9/29 led me to a chiropractor who introduced me to F3 and ever since I've been known as Guardrail.
Wear a helmet and go to F3: both are good for you.
