Are you looking to loss some weight before the Holiday Season?

Here are some simple Weight loss Tips:
1. Stop Eating Out
2. Go for a Walk Everyday
3. Stop Drinking Soda/Pop
4. Strength Train 3x per Week
5. Drink More Water
6. Limit your Alcohol Intake
7. Keep Doing Mobility Work

If you Stop Eating Out, Cut back on your Alcohol Consumption, and Eliminate Soda/Pop Intake, you are putting yourself in a great position to drop those few extra pounds.
Plus, you are going to save a few $$$ in the process.

Going for a walk & Doing Mobility Routines everyday will keep your body feeling good so that you have the energy to Strength Train 3x per Week.

Remember, your body is made up of 70-75% water. Drinking more water will help improve your metabolism.
Increased metabolism= Improved Weight Loss

Magnesium is one mineral that not get talked about enough.

Magnesium is a cofactor in protein synthesis, muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, and blood pressure regulation.
It is required for energy production, oxidative phosphorylation, and glycolysis.
Magnesium also plays a role in the active transport of calcium and potassium ions across cell membranes, a process that is important to nerve impulse conduction, muscle contraction, and normal heart rhythm.

If you are very active, make sure you are getting enough Magnesium.
