Congrats to the Knoxville team “2022 Ville to Ville Champions” who surprisingly were the 2022 Ville to Ville champions today and set a huge course record along the way.

Earlier this year, Larry Brede had knee surgery to repair a meniscus tear. After 8 weeks on crutches he got the go ahead to start running again…two weeks ago. Yesterday he ran 26.2 miles in 3:55 to keep his streak of running every alive!!!!! A really inspiring run. It’s an honor to call Larry a teammate!

Our Whitestone crew was small but mighty. Tough course but tougher people! Congrats to Jenn Singh and Nick Morgan for crushing their respective AG records by 10 minutes. We collected a handful of other AGS and OAs. Honorable mentions: Justin Weinmeister, Joseph Hicks, Jeff Colfer, Michelle Midnight, Lawrence Brede and Muna Rodriguez.
