TEMPO is a group class that offers a full body workout set to the beat of music to make it fun and exciting the whole time, so instead of focusing on the challenge of the workout you focus on the music and fun with friends making the time go by quickly and you won't even realize how hard you are working. This class was created for all fitness levels from someone who has never worked out all the way to athletes. I will give options for alternative movements depending on where you are at in your journey. I want to use a variety of music that each of you love so I will take song requests for every class! I can make any genre work, so don't hold back those requests! Each class will be $10 or you can choose to buy a class card which gives you 7 classes for $60 giving you your 7th class FREE! I will be using the Zoom app to stream the classes and I will provide you with the meeting number when you sign up for your first class. We will be using dumbbells for most classes. I recommend 5lbs for most people but 8 lbs is great for those who have been active for a while. Men of any fitness level and women who are extremely active can ask me recommendations. If you do not have any dumbbells at home, you can find cheap ones at many stores such as Walmart, Target, fitness stores, TJ MAXX, etc..
