As an experienced personal trainer, I will help you set up a fitness action plan and in scheduled fitness sessions with me you can reach your goals with me in regularly scheduled sessions, 2 or 3 days a week for an hour or 30 minutes. My name is Robin, and I am a nationally certified personal trainer and aerobic instructor. I worked for Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center for 12 years and have continued this type of work for a total of 20 years. I definitely enjoy helping people in fitness get in better shape in a safe and good way. I have helped a lot of clients and when I run into them they let me know that I did a great job helping them.
I start out helping people who are interested in fitness with a free meeting and in this meeting I find out their goals and interests in the fitness area and their past history of working out. I also find out how many days a week and where they want to exercise, it could be at a gym, at home or outside, their choice. For those who want me as a personal trainer, I set up a first session and set up a workout routine for them to get them started.
