💜 Spectrum Soccer Needs Volunteers! 💜

Our volunteer sign-up system is currently down while we move to a new system which means we need to go a little old-school 🙌

We’re looking for older volunteers (recommended age 15+) who want to jump in, help out, and make a real impact on the field.

🗓 Every Saturday through June 6

📍 Knightdale – Quadra Soccer
⏰ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

📍 Brier Creek – Edge Athletic Company
⏰ 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

You’ll be helping create a space where our players can grow, connect, and just have fun being kids.

🙌 Just show up and I’ll have you sign a volunteer waiver on-site!

💜 Spectrum Soccer Families 💜

We’re off to a great start!

As with any first session, we’re always observing, learning, and making sure every player is in the best class to succeed.

We’ve made a few adjustments to player placements and will continue to make sure everyone is in the right fit.

Our goal is simple: happy, confident players who are having fun and growing every session. ⚽

Big moves happening behind the scenes ⚽

We’re moving from Wix to Square—saving a few hundred dollars a year to reinvest right back into our kids and program 💜
Heads up: our website may be down at times while we make the switch.

🚨 Today is the last day to register for the season starting tomorrow!
We still have spots open in our Game Players (ages 10–15) sessions at both locations.

💜 A Little Milestone Worth Sharing 💜

We’re coming up on two years of Spectrum Soccer—and for the first time, I’m able to pay myself a small hourly wage.

It’s not for all the hours… not even close. But it represents everything my family and I have poured into building this for our community.

And the truth is—this doesn’t exist without you.

We’re primarily funded by the families who show up, register, and believe in this mission. You are the reason we exist.

I’ve always been intentional about this moment. I never wanted to take from the organization—only when it felt sustainable.

And now… it’s time to turn up the heat.

We’re going after major funding so we can reduce registration costs—and one day remove financial barriers completely.

Thank you for believing in this and helping create a place where our kids can grow. 💜

We’ll be out at Knightdale Station Park this evening ⚽️ but we won’t have a reserved field. We’ll be finding an open space somewhere in the park, so you may need to drive around to find us 🚗

Once we get settled, I’ll post an update with our exact location so you can easily spot us 📍

If you have a Spectrum Soccer jersey, wear it! 💜 And when you’re looking for us—keep an eye out for the purple and white jerseys 👀

💜 Spectrum Soccer Families - We need your help tonight!! 💜

I’m working on training one of our coaches outside of class, and I’d love some players to help make it real.

If you’re a current or past Spectrum Soccer family come out, play, and be part of helping us run some of the Spectrum Soccer curriculum.

📍 Location: Knightdale Station Park
🕕 When: April 14 Tuesday & April 15 Wednesday, 6:00–7:30 PM
⚽ Setup: Open space in the park—no field reserved

Important:
This will be a more fluid session with a lot of learning for my coach. We’ll also be in an unfenced area, so it’s not a good fit for players who elope or need higher support.
