Supreme Martial Arts & Fitness is the Senior Martial Arts school in Knightdale-Founded in 1987 by Master Nathan Ray who is a 10th Degree Black Belt and a 2 Time World Champion (1st Konishi World Cup, Gold Medal Sparring & International Okinawa Goju Karate Federation, Gold Medal Sparring). A composite Martial art is taught to students from 2 years old to 74 years old-Men, Women, & Children.

This weekend, our students, families, and volunteers came together for a powerful dojo backyard cleanup—and the results are stunning! 🙌

With teamwork, heart, and even a few wild surprises (wasps & snakes included 🐝🐍), our crew turned challenge into victory. Special thanks to Jason for leading the charge, and to Jamie—our fierce Wounded Warrior—who braved 12 wasp stings with grace and grit. 💪🔥

Now the dojo looks incredible—a reflection of the strong and united community behind it. THANK YOU to everyone who brought their energy, tools, and love for the art.

We had an amazing time today hosting the Shisei-ryu Goshin Jutsu Self-Protection Course for the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority sisters! We delved into the mental and awareness aspects of self-defense, alongside tactical and practical applications of simple yet highly effective movements. These techniques empower and protect, making each participant more confident and prepared. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such an empowering session!
