I've had a couple clients inquire about what my training looks like. Here is a peek into what the old coach is up to currently. ~5 Weeks ago I decided to switch my training programing (adding in plyometrics as seen in the video) to prepare for an upcoming return to basketball and have been LOCKED IN.

To most people this looks like some marks on a wall and a tape measure.....because it is. To me the bottom two lines represents my standing vertical jump from just 5 weeks ago. The top line, from today. +4" in a little over a month. When the appropriate stressors are applied strategically it is truly amazing to watch our bodies respond. Have to take a moment to highlight one of my clients who has been crushing it!!! When sam started working with me his number one goal was to increase his ability to do pull ups. On his first day he was only able to hold onto the bar for 3 seconds before his grip gave out.....and here we are now!!! His dedication and hard work shines through in this video!
