I've had a couple clients inquire about what my training looks like. Here is a peek into what the old coach is up to currently. ~5 Weeks ago I decided to switch my training programing (adding in plyometrics as seen in the video) to prepare for an upcoming return to basketball and have been LOCKED IN.
To most people this looks like some marks on a wall and a tape measure.....because it is. To me the bottom two lines represents my standing vertical jump from just 5 weeks ago. The top line, from today. +4" in a little over a month. When the appropriate stressors are applied strategically it is truly amazing to watch our bodies respond.
