The countdown is on. Our Grand Reopening Open House is this Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and we are spending this week showing you what has changed.

First up: our locker room infrared saunas. There is nothing better after a workout than a few quiet minutes of warmth to relax your muscles and reset. It is one of the upgrades we added to make your time here feel less like a gym and more like a place you actually want to be.
