On this episode of “Hornets in the Wild,” two senior queens, Vanessa Calzacorta and Bayleigh Lousignont, venture from their nest on a traditional expedition for hornet royalty to experience culture, independence, and valuable lessons such as accountability that they can bring back to the younger members of their swarm.

Here they are spotted in the historical German cities of Berlin and Dresden visiting memorable sites like the old Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie.

Had a great final evening with our 2026 Lady Hornets last night. Many stories, awards, laughs, and tears were shared. These kids were honored with multiple conference awards…and they are so deserving. It was hard to watch the sun set on this group of girls. 🥺

Thank you everyone that supported, screamed, cheered, and cried for us this season. Family, friends, followers, photographers, media, sponsors, helpers, doctors, athletic trainers, crab feeders, lawn mowers, sprinkler fixers, scoreboard risers, field levelers, restaraunt servers, bus drivers, teachers, and administration; we don't get to have incredible seasons like this without you.
