BUDDY WEEK!!! This week will be BUDDY WEEK- bring a buddy and they run for FREE. It is always fun to run with friends, and sometimes easier!

Rules for buddies:

Must be between the ages of 2-14.
Must run in correct age division (for safety).
PARENTS complete a waiver, not the parents of paid runner.

Please bring a confirmation of the signed waiver to the registration table prior to race start, by 3:45. Once the signed waiver is confirmed you will receive a bib for your buddy. The head office is really stickler about this. You can show me the email you received (or the parent) as confirmation. I do have some via the head office but they are always delayed by many hours or even days..., so you can just show it to me on your phone which is probably the easiest. If you have any problems or questions please just reach out and I would be happy to answer them!
