Defend ME Welcome to Defend ME, where we provide practical, easy to learn self defense solutions for the "everyday" person.

DefendME is located in Southern Maine offering training in Michael Janich’s modern systems of Martial Blade Concepts / Counter Blade Concepts / Practical Unarmed Combatives as well as Mountain Storm Karate-do which is a self-defense based martial art based on elements of Japanese karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
