Armstrong County Judo Club Our program is designed to help improve flexibility, balance, endurance, and strength while teaching practical self-defense and having fun! We have you covered.

Welcome to the Armstrong County Judo Club! Looking for a change from your tedious workout routine? Dynamic warmups which will get you sweating and feeling great! Burn up to 1000 calories in one practice! Instruction on how to perform a Judo throw and mat work techniques. Outlet for stress relief. Build self-esteem and confidence. Learn self-defense techniques. Meet new people with a similar hobby.

Our nationally certified instructors have over 200 years of combined experience in Judo. We have trained national, and state level champions, and have been serving our community for nearly 50 years. Everyone is welcome to join- young and old, novice and expert.
