What is the purpose of the 31 day challenge?
The purpose of the 31 day challenge is to challenge men into a higher set of standards than they normally would have otherwise. Over 31 days you will elevate the way you operate in all areas of life from your personal self image, romantic relationships (or lack there of), families, business, personal fitness, and more.
