It was a strong start for the Stanfield Racing Engines group, with Ricky Hord and the Maximum Effort Racing Team emerging with a 7.850-second pass at 174.71 mph to settle into the No. 2 spot. Anthony Troyer and Lee Hartman are just behind with a 7.856, 175.46 (just a tick off top speed) and 7.883, 173.23, respectively. We're aiming to have each of the Stanfield Racing Engines-powered entries well-qualified ahead of eliminations here at the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals - we've got one more hit, then we'll roll up there for round one later this afternoon. Stay tuned!
