What a fantastic Saturday we had!
The day started with another amazing Ladies Class, full of energy and learning.

Later, Professor Marco visited us from GB Sebring with his students as he received his 1st Degree Black Belt. It was an honor to celebrate this milestone with him and our team.

To top it all off, he shared some amazing techniques and valuable knowledge on the mats.
