CCC - MY GIRLS!! 💕💕 Well… it’s been a minute. 🥹💕

I was looking back through this page and seeing all of our Cardio City pictures brought back SOOOOO many memories.

The classes, the laughs, the sweat, the friendships! 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Cardio City became so much more than fitness for me. It showed me how powerful it is when women have a place to connect, encourage each other and grow together.

And apparently… I wasn’t finished building spaces for women. 👀💕

I’ve recently started something new called The Go Girl Collective, and in a funny way, I can see pieces of Cardio City in it.

Different chapter. Bigger mission. Same heart.
