New client Jolie comes twice a week and really puts in the effort the remainder of the days. Therefore, the body responds.

In the yellow is her progress before starting our training. She is definitely not new to this and has tried it all over the course of many years; CrossFit, f45, OTF, home workouts, etc, and continues to! We just work more specifically for HER!

The green is our almost 3 month report (despite missing 2 weeks) which shows she broke her plateau and LOST BODY FAT while also gaining muscle. Win-Win!!!! 💪🏼

The idea is you take care of your house bc that’s where you and your family live. We should similarly take care of our bodies bc that is the ONLY home our spirits will ever live in!

Grasp the idea that getting “fit” and losing weight with exercise is like getting rich in the stock market (longevity, investing, losing and gaining, etc) and find safe ways to enjoy many different ways to exercise.
