Fellow Runners and Walkers,
Building on last year’s wonderful inaugural event, we are pleased to announce that on Saturday, September 13th, 9:00am, the 5K Restoration Run / 1 Mile Walk will again take place in Palmyra, New York as part of Palmyra’s Harvest on the Canal community festival.
The 5K course will start at the Palmyra Community Center, adjacent to the Wayne County fairgrounds, run along the beautiful countryside and pass by the historic Smith Family Farm/Sacred Grove and the inspiring grounds of the Palmyra Temple. The race will be chip-timed, with T-shirts, awards and refueling snacks at the finish. All proceeds from the race/walk will be donated to benefit local charities.
