A supportive community where all instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers. Leave Stretched, Not Stressed. Our mission is to create a safe, non-intimidating space for all who want to feel better, feel well, and feel stretched, not stressed. We seek to create classes and a community where all feel welcome, supported, accountable, and challenged to prioritize self-care through consistency of practice. Our goal is for everyone to leave the studio feeling it's a "good thing I yoga." It's our honor to lead your practice and welcome you to our space, to your space.

Ok all. Who went to Red Barn yesterday??? And what goodies did you find??
We got our new puppy a cute kerchief, some new Kirksville tiger gear, roasted nuts, and had a wonderful lunch!
