I’m so proud of .wascher. I wish I could tell you it was something we did but it was his tremendous work ethic and great attitude that has helped him to get a scholarship to USC.

I remember when he first came in as an eighth grader and told me his goals. I told him he has a chance. Then I saw how hard he worked. Came early and stayed late to get extra work in. We can’t teach that. We tell all our kids that’s what it takes but only a few do it. Congrats Willie!

Mahalo to my middle school coach, Mr. Bob Tabehe for the opportunity to speak to the students of waipahu intermediate.

I was able to share with them my journey from my time as a kid in Hawaii, to college at UW, and my success now.

I remember as a kid people would often come and share with us their journey in life and their success and know that it has pushed me to succeed. I hope that these students were able to take something and help them in their lives.

15 YEARS IN BUSINESS!!!

First and foremost I’d like to thank God for blessing me with the ability, clients and everything I needed in order to be in business and support my family for so long. God is my source and I try my best everyday to up hold the teachings of Christ. Even though I pulled a guy from his car and almost beat him up after he flicked me off but he apologized. I’m trying. lol

I want to thank my parents for being a great example to me and showing me how to work hard. My dad took me to work since I was 4 until I left for college. I saw how hard you worked and tried my best to keep up. Now I try to work as hard everyday for my family.

My mom use to wake me up at 5am every morning so we can catch the 6am bus. She got off at Queens and I’d continue to Iolani.

I want to thank all my coaches. It was sports that drove me to start lifting weights. Coach Wendall Look told me in 8th grade I’d have to live in the weight room if I wanted to play because I was so skinny. I started the next day and spent 3 to 4 hours a day for the next 4 years in the weight room. I put on over 100 pounds of muscle and got to play college ball. Who knew it would turn into my passion and business.

I also want to thank all of our past and current clients for allowing us to work with you and your kids. You can choose to go anywhere. We really appreciate the opportunity for allowing us to do what we love to do.

Thanks to my mentors both those I’ve paid and others who have done it out of the goodness of their hearts. I know growing a business you have to personally grow as well and it takes a village.

I want to thank my wife Alberta for doing everything to hold down the home front while I work as early and as long as I need to. My wife tries her best to make sure I don’t have to do anything at home. That dinner is ready when I get home and all of our 9 kids (6 everyday) are good. I love you.

Last but not least I’d like to thank my kids. Each and every one of you are MY WHY. There were some hard times I experienced when I grew up. I work as hard as I can so you guys don’t have to experience that.

Excited to see what the next 15 years will look like. LETS GOOOOO!

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife . You have been a huge blessing to our family. My wife does everything for our home and our family so I can focus and do my best to grow the business. I don’t know how she does it all sometimes with having dinner ready when I get home to taking care of our 9 kids (6 full time) and most importantly keeping our family focused on eternal rewards. When faced with challenges and hardships, it’s the communities we are apart of and the people in our lives that come to our aid and help. Do we trust those in our communities? Does our community trust us to be of help and service when in need.

Build a strong community and circle so you have those who will pull you up when you cannot rely on your own strength.

Consistency with the right system and determination to improve will get you the right results.

Jackson ran a 5.6 laser time on his 40. After a month of hard work and working on technique he improved his time to 5.2. It’s Only the beginning. LETS GET IT!
