Our Head Instructor and NoGi world and Pan Am medalist Professor Joshua Bacallao teaches the Programs for Adults (Men and Women) and Kids (Ages 3-5 and 5-14). Beat traffic and come train! Our facility has 2 inch foam Dollamur mats, viewing bleachers, men's and women's locker room facilities, pro-shop, parent's lounge, and a shower.
