Never too late to get back in the water. Wave Aquatics' Masters swimming program is built for adults who want structured, coached workouts. Masters is great whether you're a former competitive swimmer or just starting a fitness routine that's easier on your joints than running. Swimming builds cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility all at once, with a lot less impact on your body. Come swim with a supportive group that keeps you motivated lap after lap.

There's something special about a child's first time in the water — the wide eyes, the surprised giggles, the little kicks that haven't quite figured out what they're doing yet. That's exactly the moment Toddler Swim is built for. Wave Aquatics is launching a new Toddler Swim program at Juanita Aquatics Center, running Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00–10:00 AM.

Swimming is an important skill for children, but not only for water safety. Swimming builds whole-body fitness, including strength, endurance and coordination. In addition, swimming builds confidence and focus: as new swimmers master a new stroke or hit a personal best, it builds real self-esteem.

Our new Toddler Swim begins Wednesday, September 9th!

Toddler Swim is a Family Swim designed to introduce both parents and toddlers to the aquatic environment. It's the perfect first splash — a welcoming, fun-filled way to build water comfort together before diving into formal swim lessons.
