Oom Yung Doe teaches taekwondo, karate, kung fu, tai chi, aikido, and several other martial arts as part of an integrated curriculum. Legend holds that Grandmaster Bagwa founded the Oom Yung / Chung Moo line of Moo Doe (tradional martial arts) about 1500 to 2000 years ago. Throughout history the names of the different styles have changed and the form and movement have been refined. The seventh generation Grandmaster, Wang Po, taught the Oom Yung line under the given name of Yin Yang Doe. Today, this line of Moo Doe is taught throughout the world by Grandmaster "Iron" Kim. It encompasses all the forms and movements of Moo Doe taught since it was originated by Grandmaster "Bagwa" and has incorporated other styles of East Asian Moo Doe into the original line. Today these constitute about 20% of Oom Yung Doe, also known as "Eight Martial Arts taught as One". It is common for each Grandmaster to select a unique given name to distinguish that generation of form and movement from the original.
