Baby swim lessons help babies grow in a sense of self-esteem, confidence and independence. Baby swim classes also allow babies to exercise their muscles they seldom use, which helps in the development of their motor, coordination and balance. Our baby swim lessons teach children from 4 months to 35 months. Class duration is 30 min; 1 class each week; and classes are enrolled on monthly basis. Parents are required to participate in the lessons with your babies. We will teach important life-saving skills, such as water entry/exit, and develop swimming skills such as blowing bubbles, water submersion, kicking and floating. Parents will be introduced to a variety of teaching principles such as proper holding techniques, safe water entry/exit, breathing control and water buoyancy. Swim Team
Want to incorporate swimming into your kids’ routine workout, but cannot catch up the demanding schedule of swimming meets? Cyan swimming offers non-compete swim team group practice program, which allows your kids to improve their swimming technique and speed thru regular practices. We also foster the spirit of sportsmanship and friendship among our swim team members, which help kids develop great self-esteem, stamina and interpersonal skills. Want to practice swimming, but cannot effectively finish your training plan in over -crowded public pool? We will limit 5 swimmers per lane for our swim team practice. Our highly qualified coaches bring years of professional and competitive training experience and will transfer their techniques effectively to improve your form and speed. We offer 2 times/week and 3 times/week group practice options. Water Aerobics
Water aerobics offers non-weight bearing resistance and exercise that is easy on the joints. It helps to improve muscle endurance, core strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular condition. It keeps your body cool while exercise and burns enormous amount of calories. Come and join our seasoned instructor to spice up your normal exercise and wellness routine! Cyan offers weekly water aerobics programs that incorporate new ideas of water yoga, aqua Zumba, and other fun moves. Class duration 1 hour, and classes can be purchased via punch card.
