Join us for our FREE Community Pole Jam with Elizabeth on Saturday, September 26 from 2-4PM! 🍁

This month we are highlighting and collecting donations for The Okra Project, a collective focused on supporting Black Trans people and alleviating barriers in their community. They envision a safe, abundant, and equitable life for Black Trans people across the United States.

This is a free event, but please donate if you can! We’ll be collecting Pole Jam donations through the link in our bio and at the studio for the entire month of September. Every contribution helps! 🫶🏻

Building off the moves learned in Pole and Bo***ir 101, join us in discovering new transitions and gaining the confidence to add your own unique style!

By the end of class, you’ll have multiple new, individually-styled combos that you can continue to develop in your dance journey, as well as a senses for how you weave these combos and moves into your own dance.

PREREQUISITES:
Have taken the 101 series, multiple 101 drop-ins, or classes at another studio

Start in a guided Bo***ir warmup and meditative combo based on the MOON tarot card. Get a tarot crash course in the Moon card and a journaling activity to release what no longer holds you, ending with a cord cutting ceremony and most importantly - dancing the release!

Bring your own deck if you have one, otherwise there is a limited number of decks to borrow for class.

No prerequisites.

Set to early 2000s certified bangers, you’ll drill sharp, punchy transitions, showstopping spins, and floor-melting floorwork that screams main character energy. Whether you were there for it or just wish you were, this is your moment. Come dressed to impress, leave ready to perform.

PREREQUISITES:
Comfortable with basic pole movement. Best millennial outfit. Kneepads are a must. Heels welcome.

This workshop will focus on both strengthening and mobilizing your neck to use head movement in your dance and allow your hair to flow freely. Your neck will thank you for the extra love and support!

After an upper-body focused warmup and movement exploration exercises, this workshop will culminate in fun, sultry accents to incorporate into your freestyle dance. Any hair length and texture will work, and even no hair is welcome!

PREREQUISITES:
Completed Pole 101 or Bo***ir 101
Not experiencing any current neck injuries
