Just incase you thought I didn't struggle. I struggle with grief, food choices, mindset, chronic pain, hormones and anxiety. I'm human and I struggle! There's no magic fix. You clean up your eating habits and you move your body! I can help you move your body with my dance classes! I just got back from vacation and we will be starting fresh next week! My goal is to get strong. I want to be here for my kids and grandkids. I lost my parents too early in life. I don't want my kids to have to go through what I go through now.
