CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Our Kipping & Pull-Up Skills Clinic is happening tomorrow from 9-11 AM, and it’s designed for ALL levels (members & NON-members).

Don’t have your first pull-up yet? Perfect. We’ll help you build the strength and mechanics to get there.

Already have pull-ups? Learn to Kip more efficiently, improve your technique, and become more confident on the rig.

You’ll receive individualized coaching and progressions based on your current ability, so everyone leaves with something to work on.
