75 year old client Susie Swaner hits her first ever 100 pound deadlift for 5 reps. Always exciting when a client hits a new milestone. For older adults, Deadlifts are essential. Nothing better for hip, back, and leg strength, grip strength, and even building bone density and balance. Don’t be afraid of lifting weights as you age. It’s the best thing you can do to preserve strength and muscle mass!!!
