YogaOne Kingwood YogaOne Kingwood offers a variety of hot, warm, and regular temperature classes EVERY day for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yogis. Our Story.

Hot yoga classes are conducted in a hot room with temperatures of 102-105 degrees, and 40-60% humidity. YogaOne originally opened August 1, 2016 by Nikki and Lance Shealy. It became YogaWorks in October of 2017, where Nikki continued to enthusiastically teach Hot Yoga and Sonic Hot Yoga. In June 2020, Nikki and Lance had the opportunity to bring YogaOne back to the Kingwood community; and most imp

ortantly…. bring our yoga family together again. Nikki and Lance are beyond thrilled to have this opportunity and can’t wait to see everyone!

Book your private group class today! You can customize the entire experience for you and your friends or colleagues. YogaOne Kingwood offers hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, hot yoga, warm yoga, yoga sculpt, restore yoga and power flow. We have two yoga rooms a room for hot and warm classes and a flow room for the other classes. The hot room has space for 53 yogis and flow 48 yogis. You can find full class descriptions and meet the teachers and see the class schedule on our website. Hope to see you soon Nikki.
