Ciara’s goal and main focus during our sessions has been getting her body back into outfield shape and preparing her to perform through increasing her endurance with reps, strengthening her core, polishing some movements, and adding at-home workouts in-between.

That’s a wrap for these two! 🥎

Both Maisyn & Sofia did a 4-week outfield program focusing on Footwork, Body Mechanics, Communication, Mental Game, and Endurance.

I greatly appreciate both of their parents as they were flexible, communicative, and understanding when it came to scheduling due to our South Texas weather.

Hats off to both girls for coming out and putting in work not only during their seasons, but post-seasons as well.

Wishing them both & their families a happy (almost) summer! And as always, thank you for entrusting LEAD Training to expand your knowledge and skill. 🧠💪🏽

Nothing worth having comes easy. Remember that. You want something? You have to work your tail off to get it. You can’t expect it to just fall in your lap. You have to put in the work. That’s not just with sports, that’s with anything in life.
