My father passed away on Wednesday August 3rd. The gym will be closed on Thursday August 11th for his memorial services ...

My father passed away on Wednesday August 3rd.

The gym will be closed on Thursday August 11th for his memorial services at 5PM at Keyser Funeral home in Kingston, NY which is open to the public.

The picture on the left was during his service as a Marine in Vietnam. The picture on the right was taken a few years ago on Veterans day. He was proud of his service and his entire family was proud of him.

He will be greatly missed.

Please anticipate a delayed opening in the morning! The plan is to survey the weather in the morning and hopefully open by 7AM. If the weather is bad and we can't open by 7AM we will announce a new opening time tomorrow morning!

Due to the extreme power outage (us included) we are going to do our best to have a delayed opening if the power comes back on tomorrow.

If there's an opportunity for us to open at 10 we will! If our power is still out we will remain closed and reopen on Sunday. Please call beforehand to be sure we are open. Everyone please stay safe!
