🚨 Amazing Human Alert! 🚨

Congratulations to on her 100th class! 🎉🥳🎊

From the moment Loana joined gym, it felt like she had always belonged here.

A longtime CrossFitter, an incredible athlete, and one of the SWEETEST humans, we are so lucky she chose our gym as her home.

Loana is beautiful inside and out.

The kind of person who lights up a room without even trying.

She moves incredibly well, is always up for a challenge, and somehow manages to make hard things look graceful.

But what stands out even more than her athleticism is her heart.

She helps people. She encourages people. She notices when someone is struggling and steps in without being asked.

She genuinely wants others to succeed, and that kindness shows up in every class she takes.

And of course, she calls us “Teacher,” which we all secretly love more than we should. 😭🩵🫣

Despite running a local business and juggling all the responsibilities that come with it, Loana continues to prioritize her health and fitness.

She makes the time.

She does the work.

She shows up.

She also shows up for community.

Gym events? She’s there.

Community gatherings? She’s there.

Supporting other members? Always.

Bringing friends into the fold? You know it!

She has helped us grow not only by bringing amazing people, but by making everyone feel welcome once they’re here.

Let us not forget the legendary CFE19 piñata she gifted us for our one-year anniversary. 🥹

To this day, we have not been able to bring ourselves to smash it - Maybe for the two-year anniversary?

Loana, thank you for your support, your kindness, your generosity, and your friendship.

Congratulations to on her 200th class! 💯💯

The most colorful hair, the coolest tattoos and the most genuine smile.

The best hugs.

Alyse is the definition of showing up with purpose, heart, and consistency.

❤️ In love with the sport. In love with the community, Alyse is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet—authentic, direct, hardworking, and an absolute joy to be around.

She has embraced CrossFit as part of her journey toward health and wellness, and her commitment to that journey inspires us all.

As a substance abuse counselor, Alyse dedicates her life to helping youth build brighter futures.

She even brings peeps to our Sober Strength class, creating opportunities for connection, support, and recovery through fitness.

That kind of impact reaches far beyond the gym walls and makes us love her even more.

Alyse understands the power of goal setting herself, and works toward them relentlessly.

Wanted to get a pull-up? Nailed it.

Wanted to complete a full Murph? Smashed it.

Wanted to inspire others? MEGA CHECK. ✅

Two hundred classes later, she’s stronger, more confident, and continuing to prove what’s possible through consistency and hard work. 💪

Whether it’s gym outings, gym softball games, community events, or cheering on others during a workout, Alyse is always there.

She shows up for everything and helps make our community what it is.

Most importantly, she lifts up everyone around her through her kindness, encouragement, and example.

Michele is the definition of showing up for others.

Family first. Always.

She’s a devoted mom, a fiercely loyal friend, and one of the most generous people we know.

If Michele has something you need, it’s yours—that’s just who she is.

From day one, she’s been one of our biggest supporters, proudly embracing the work and the community.

Michele doesn’t just join communities—she invests in them, believes in them, and brings others along, including her best friend and daughters.

That trust means the world. 🥹

And what a journey it’s been!

When Michele started, there were plenty of challenges and limitations.

But she kept showing up, kept working, and kept believing.

One hundred classes later, she’s stronger, more capable, and accomplishing things that once felt out of reach. 💪

Of course, she’s also never met a squat, lunge, or booty-building workout she didn’t love 🍑😏

Whether it’s Pilates, CrossFit, travel, horseback riding, or family adventures, Michele embraces life fully and is always growing.

Congratulations to on her 100th class! 💯

Katie came into this community and somehow, it immediately felt like she had always been part of it.

Funny, sweet, easy to talk to, and someone who made real friendships fast.

She believes in loyalty, in showing up for people, and in building genuine connection — and you can feel that in every interaction with her.

And lately, one of the coolest things to watch has been Katie discovering her own strength in real time.

There’s this growing confidence happening right in front of us, and it’s SO fun to witness.

She’s got great gymnastics skills, she’s an absolute jump rope wizard ✨, and has the kind of determination that keeps leveling her up every week.

But beyond the workouts, Katie has a huge heart. 🥹

She deeply cares about people and what happens to them.

She’s thoughtful, open-minded, compassionate, and someone who genuinely values community — not just as a word, but as an action.

She shows up to gym events, local events, supports people, connects people, and helps create the kind of environment that makes this place feel so special.

She also has an incredible eye for design and brings this quiet creative energy into everything she does.

And if you know the 6:45 crew, you know Katie is a huge part of it!

Her presence matters there.

The warmth, the humor, the support, the sweetness — she helps shape that class into what it is.

Congratulations to Chelsea on her 200th class! 🤩

Chelsea was one of our very first members when we were a baby gym.

One of the humans who helped build the feeling of this place from the very beginning just by being exactly who she is:

loving, hilarious, genuine, and endlessly supportive.

And truly… this human has one of the purest hearts of anyone I know.

Chelsea is deeply funny in that sneaky way where she’ll casually say something that takes the entire class out 😭

She brings joy everywhere she goes, but never in a performative way.

It’s just naturally who she is. Warm. Fun. Alive.

Her friends are her family, and the way she loves and honors the people in her life is something really special to witness.

Chelsea shows up for people.

Consistently. Fully. With her whole heart.

She’s the kind of person who is always there for you, always in your corner, and always has your best interest at heart.

She loves this sport and has been such a huge supporter of our gym through every phase of growth — bringing in new people, making them feel welcome, and helping create the kind of community she believes in.

… she doesn’t just talk about community. She walks the walk every single day.

Also: literal builder status. Chelsea helped build our rig with her own hands 🩵

OF COURSE she helped physically build the foundation of this place too.

Chelsea is also an incredible artist, and honestly her entire life feels artistic. The music taste? Elite. The dancing? Immediate yes. The energy? Pure magic.

And now watching her step into this next chapter as an expecting mama is just… 👶

We also have to mention , her equally amazing husband. Truly a power couple in the best sense — two beautiful humans using their powers entirely for good.

The kind of people who make a community stronger simply by existing within it.

Chelsea — we are so unbelievably lucky to have you.

Thank you for your heart, your humor, your art, your loyalty, and your love.

🚨 Amazing Human and Milestone Alert! 🚨

Congratulations to on his 200th class! 🫣

Kevin is one of our originals - one of our first members.

One of the people who helped build the soul of this place just by being exactly who he is.

And honestly? Kevin is one of those rare humans who makes you rethink what it means to be intelligent.

Easily the smartest person in almost any room he walks into — but never in a way that makes anyone feel small.

Quite the opposite. Kevin is witty, kind, deeply supportive, and endlessly curious about the world and the people in it.

He is a loving father, a brilliant artist, and genuinely someone who helps other people succeed. We have literally watched this man give the shirt off his back to someone else without hesitation.

That’s who he is at his core.

Kevin moves through life like an artist in every sense.

The colorful socks.

The incredible stories. The books. The food.

The way he talks about things with gratitude and intention.

He’s an avid reader, a true foodie, excellent in the kitchen himself, and somehow always has another unbelievable story from a colorful, fully-lived life waiting in the wings.

And through all of it, he remains one of the most genuinely grateful people you’ll ever meet.

He says thank you often.

He notices people.

He cares.

He goes out of his way to make sure others feel appreciated.

He drops everything to help, once staying late to help build our barrier for the next day’s classes.

Also… the man is absurdly strong 😭

Kevin could probably bench press Texas. Maybe even strict press….

One of our favorite things about him is that no matter the challenge, the answer is almost always: “I’ll try.”

And that tiny sentence tells you everything you need to know about his character.

Open. Brave. Humble. Willing.

Kevin — we love you! Deeply.

Thank you for being such an important part of this community, and for bringing your intelligence, humor, generosity, stories, strength, and giant heart into this space.
