Cardio Sport (TM) classes are comprehensive athletic conditioning integration within a group exercise environment. Cardio Sport classes are fun and high energy, and feel like you are playing sports at the best rock concert you've ever been to. Cardio Sport participants use a soccer ball and move around the room like athletes in a game within the classes. Classes are not only highly effective, but tremendously fun. They are well loved by all ages - from teens to people in their 50s, 60s and beyond. The Cardio Sport (TM) Exercise system was developed over a decade ago on the
South Shore of MA by Founder John Duffy. Thousands of people have gone through the program and experienced exceptional results - physically, mentally and emotionally. Cardio Sport's Group Dynamic (SM) classes became so popular they are now taught all over the country via the company's Instructor Certification Program. Headquartered in Kingston MA, all of the national programming and class designs are created in the Concept (home) studio, so participants at this studio have the unique privilege of having a different class every day and being trained by the Founder in many classes per week.
