HIIT Group Fitness Classes starting in September! I don’t quit - you don’t quit. 🔥💪🏼

Two things I do not currently have:
1. Hair and 2. EXCUSES. I have no hair from my bone marrow transplant. I also have NO EXCUSES to stop exercising. I am learning to live with a cancer that just won’t go away. I can still be strong and I can still help YOU be the same.

Savage is finding a sports bra that fits your iv chemo port. Savage is not walking 5 months ago but squatting today. Savage is not giving up on yourself when the odds are against you. Savage is not giving up on yourself even when you can only squat 30% of what you’re used to. Be a savage.

Haven’t missed a workout since my diagnosis. However - recovery is just as important, sometimes the workout is more like physical therapy, sometimes I get a taste of my inner beast 😉

This is my vacation from chemo week and I got into my OTF studio for the first time for a workout!

Upper body is staying intact, lower body is suffering most from the cancer but can’t beat me!

We have 2 choices - complain and whine or get stronger for the next meet. Stay strong team! Stay focused!

We can always finding a way to stay strong.

It pains me to announce that we are canceling the Hudson Valley Open (8/8). We were trying very hard to keep it going, even on a smaller scale with all precautions in place. We will be back! Thank you to all for your support.

Just passed the 1 year mark from my head injury. This was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever been through, and I’ve been through a bunch. Thank you to my friends who supported, helped, carried and understood. I had a teeny setback in April but have made it one year!

YOU CAN COME BACK FROM INJURIES! Take care of yourself, injuries or not. You’re worth it.
