Kingston Parks & Recreation Tennis Camp

I would just I could take a moment to thank parents, relatives and friends who took part in the Kingston Parks and Recreation tennis camp this summer. We had a wonderful time teaching your children, and we hope next year they return for another fun filled summer. If you were either away the last week of tennis, could not make it to the picnic, or just didn’t receive your certificate for some reason, please go to the Kingston recreation department and see Elizabeth the office lady as she will have the certificates for the people who did not get them. Thank you.

If you have not, let us know if you will be attending the picnic from 12 to 2 on Thursday please let us know as soon as possible for headcount purposes and how much food to plan.

Hello everyone. We hope everyone can attend our last day of tennis next Thursday the 13th. Considering the picnic will be during the afternoon session with the older kids. We will not have a formal session for them, however, if anyone from that session would like to come to Loughran Park either Monday or Wednesday from 12 to 2 to make up for that session, you are more than welcome.  Also please RSVP for the picnic by Monday Aug. 10th so we can plan food wise for the picnic ( if for some reason you have been away or don’t get this message in time and your response is late that’s ok, we just hope to get things in as soon as possible for responses). Thank you.

Well, another day with the courts being crummy. Looks like we will be canceling the morning session for Loughran Park. Stay tuned for the afternoon session as we will determine that in a little bit.

Pm Forsyth tennis session is still on as of now.

Unfortunately, there will be no tennis
for the a.m. session at Forsyth Park today.

Please stay tuned for information about the afternoon session. We are not sure what that will bring yet, but we will post here with our final decision on it a little bit later.

Sorry to say everybody, but tennis is canceled for Wednesday 7/30/26 once again. It is way too wet outside. See everyone next week.

Sorry everyone, but tennis all day today 7/21 is a wash. Hope to see everyone back on Thursday.

So poor air quality is expected for tomorrow 7/16/26 during the day, so the morning and afternoon tennis sessions will be canceled. We will see everyone back next week.

In the meantime, turn on your TVs and watch the Wimbledon tennis championships as they’re going on right now. There are some amazing matches taking place.
