Talus caves and cement mines can be seen along the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. Even on the hottest days of summer, you can feel blasts of cold air pouring out. Joppenbergh Mountain was the heart of the Rosendale Cement industry. We’ll walk past caves, mine openings, and the mountain on Saturday, May 10th, and you can join us.
