It's Open time at Crossfit Shifty Powers. The Open 16.1 will be the WOD for all Friday classes. If you are signed up for the Open, we will be judging from 5-7pm on Friday and again on Monday from 4-6pm. If you need to make special arrangements, please get with one f the coaches.
