Just a quick reminder that our junior classes (ages 8-11) will begin this Tuesday and Thursday at 11:35-12.

🚨🚨🚨🚨 Starting next week, G1 Elite will initiate our summer Junior classes, scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:35 am. Children aged 8-11 will benefit from dedicated training sessions focused on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective learning experience. Our program aims to develop a strong foundation for future growth, enabling them to become more confident and capable individuals. Please contact us to register your child.
The cost is $75 a month for 8 classes or $10 a session.

This class will immediately follow our 11 am student (ages 12 & up) class. Now you can dump your kids off at the gym for an hour and breathe.
